NAVORA is a Swiss-based coordination and intelligence layer for chronic, multisystemic disease. We build the reviewable synthesis that patients, physicians and payers need to work from the same case — without giving up provenance, consent or clinical judgement.

Why we exist

One patient with an invisible chronic disease can absorb CHF 300,000+ from the system — while their own life is put on hold. The medicine exists. The specialists exist. The coordination does not.

NAVORA was started from the inside of that experience. Our mission is to make complex cases legible, reviewable and coordinated — for the people who live them and the people who treat them.

Clinician-in-the-loop: every synthesis stays reviewable, not autonomous.
Swiss data residency, nDSG & GDPR by default, HIN identity for clinicians.
Non-generative provenance: every statement links back to its source document.
Phase 0 first: pilot partners co-write the evaluation before we scale.
